Wild Harvesting in purest Siberia.

Our teas reveal the potential of Siberian plants. The leaves of the plant are gathered in the natural conditions of their growth in the wild and pure nature of Siberia, rich in unique microflora and endemic plants. This is the same “gathering” of herbs, roots, fruits, which our ancestors have been engaged in for thousands of years.

What is the uniqueness of herbs collected in this way? To begin with, herbs that are harvested on an industrial scale (e.g. Indian and Chineese teas!) are grown in specialized farms. Herbs are sown, fertilized and cultivated as ordinary cereals for the greatest yield. Often used chemical fertilizers. Harvesting is also carried out using agricultural equipment. Talking about the observance of folk traditions of collection and storage in this case is difficult. Undoubtedly, such herbs also benefit, or at least do not harm if used properly. But In Wild Harvesting, herbs are harvested that have grown on their own – under natural conditions of their growth, without being exposed to the outside, which means they do not contain harmful substances; such plants passed natural selection – only viable, strong plants rich in useful, active components remained.

Wild Harvesting imposes a number of requirements: the collection period must be timed to the time of maximum accumulation in the plant of valuable nutrients and biologically active substances. With the premature or late collection of plant materials are completely devoid of therapeutic action. How I prepare Ivan-tea

Fresh leaves are collected in ecologically clean places of Siberia. We know how to produce Elite Tea!
Freshly torn sheet is sent to the withering in a specially created room, heated to 40 degrees, after 12 hours lost elasticity sheet is moved by hand from insects, extra blades, webs.
Next, the structure of the sheet is destroyed, the raw material is passed through the meat grinder, laid in oak tubs,covered with a dense cloth. So begins the process of fermentation, in which we remove from the leaf the smell of grass.
When the aroma changes to the fruit honey, the sheet is subjected to intensive drying in a ventilated bath at uniform 80°C (the Temperature is controlled by a laser thermometer, the sheet is not heated above the specified temperature and retains all the useful properties!)
After 90 minutes, the sheet is sent to dry for 12-15 hours at a temperature of 50°C, until the humidity drops to 12-14% (Humidity checked thermal moisture meter)
After almost ready tea is sent for 50 days, to dry, the humidity drops to 7% (ideal humidity, normal!)
Next, each batch goes through the brewing, quality control process.
